HVO100

HVO100 is a true drop-in renewable diesel designed to significantly reduce carbon emissions while operating seamlessly within existing diesel infrastructure. HVO100:
-
Delivers at least a 95% reduction in NGER-measured CO₂ emissions.
-
Replaces conventional diesel without requiring modifications to vehicles or equipment.
-
Requires no changes to existing fuel storage facilities or handling procedures.
-
Requires no changes to existing maintenance schedules or servicing procedures.
-
Provides excellent cold-start performance.
-
Contains no oxygen molecules, providing excellent storage stability.
-
Reduces local pollutant emissions, including particulate matter and NOx.
Unlike conventional FAME biodiesel, HVO100:
-
Is a true drop-in fuel that can be used neat (100%) or blended with mineral diesel in any proportion.
-
Typically achieves greater reductions in lifecycle CO₂-equivalent emissions.
-
Generally, provides superior cold-flow characteristics.
-
Performs exceptionally well in low-temperature operating conditions.
-
Burns more completely, reducing soot formation and diesel particulate filter loading.
-
Excellent storage stability with no oxygen molecules.
-
Lower NOx emissions.
HVO100 is increasingly adopted by transport operators because it complies with the EN 15940 specification and the Australian Fuel Quality Standards (Paraffinic Diesel) Determination 2025. It is approved for use by many leading engine and vehicle manufacturers and operates seamlessly in modern diesel engines.
HVO100 Premium
HVO100 Premium combines HVO100 with EPC+ to deliver the emissions benefits of renewable diesel while further reducing diesel consumption.
EPC+ has demonstrated average fleet fuel savings of between 2% and 5%, delivering an equivalent reduction in fuel costs and associated emissions.
HVO100 Premium +
HVO Premium + has been developed specifically for blending with mineral diesel.
It incorporates EPC+ at the required treatment rate to reduce total fuel consumption and emissions associated with both the HVO100 and the mineral diesel component of the blend.
This provides businesses with a pathway to reduce emissions while managing the cost differential between conventional mineral diesel and 100% HVO100.
GTF BLENDING KITS
Designed and developed in Australia, GTF EPC+ Blending Kits enable the accurate blending of EPC+ with conventional diesel and HVO100 renewable diesel. Developed for reliability and ease of installation, the systems can be fitted by a customer's maintenance team and are designed to deliver precise dosing with minimal operational disruption.
Each blending system includes a digital dashboard that enables customers to monitor product usage, system performance and operating benefits. Two standard models and a customised solution are available to meet a wide range of fleet and site requirements.
A COST-EFFECTIVE PATHWAY TO SUSTAINABILITY
Used independently or together, EPC+ and HVO100 provide businesses with a practical and cost-effective pathway to reducing fuel consumption, operating costs and carbon emissions. Customers can make immediate improvements with EPC+, switch to HVO100 when it makes sense, or use both solutions together to get the best environmental and commercial results.
